The renowned chef Gordon Ramsay, currently holding twelve Michelin stars, makes his Prague debut with the opening of Maze at Hilton Prague Old Town.
The restaurant at Hilton Prague Old Town is modelled on the concept of Gordon Ramsay’s celebrated British restaurant of the same name. The restaurant offers a casual dining experience for guests, with seating for 138, alongside a cocktail bar that can serve up to 71 people. The restaurant offers a menu of signature tasting dishes.
Jason Atherton of Maze London is overseeing the standards of service and the creation of the menu. Philip Carmichael serves as Head Chef, having previously worked under Jason Atherton for two and a half years.
A special 24-hour room service menu created by Gordon and his team is available for all guests at Hilton Prague Old Town.
