Zinc restaurant serves a business lunch menu every week day from noon till 3 pm.
Prague's stylish dining spot, Zinc restaurant, has seating in its spacious dining room for up to 110 guests and a bar that seats over 70 people.Zinc offers a personal interpretation of modern and innovative European cuisine. Traditional methods of cooking, based on fresh and seasonal quality ingredients are blended with the exotic tastes, colours and texture of Asian spices.
The menu has been created with the greatest care and attention to detail by the hotel Executive Chef Ari Munandar.
The Zinc creative concept allows each guest to undergo an unforgettable dining experience. Signature dishes including Crispy Calamari with Spiced Salt and Chilli, Roasted Cashew Nuts and Green Mango Salad or Corn Fed Spring Chicken with Balinese Spices; are suitably complemented by the vast selection of local and international wines.
Part of the dishes are prepared to order on an Asian grill including such condiments as spicy chilli sambal, wasabi butter, coriander Bernaise or sweet soy and tomato relish.

Zinc restaurant launches Business Lunch menu served every weekday from noon to 3.00 pm. Impress your clients or clinch that deal over lunch at the impressive Zinc Restaurant. In less than 60 minutes, you can enjoy a freshly prepared selection of delicious lunchtime specialties. Our highly rated chefs will keep surprising you with a new range of dishes every week.

Business lunch menu
Sunday Roast
Sunday Roast is served every Sunday from 12.30 pm to 3.00 pm.
Enjoy the typical English Roast with Yorkshire Pudding, Mint Sauce and of course Carving Station by our English Chefs Steven Skywalker, Ashley Wellock and Daniel John Wright. The buffet includes such treats as salt baked leg of lamb, roast prime rib of beef, smoked salmon, boiled lobster, fresh oysters, lemon and thyme roast chicken, sweet corner with Oxford pudding, sticky toffee pudding, lemon meringue pie and much, much more.
Enjoy live jazz music while your kids are entertained in the kids‘ corner.
All you can eat at 990 CZK per person including a welcome drink, local wine, beer and soft drinks. Free for children up to 10 years of age, children under 12 years receive a 50% discount.
Parking included during the brunch from 12.30 till 3 pm.
